LCSW or LPC Clinician Therapy Children and Teens

Job description

Keplity Health is seeking licensed, LCSWs and LPCs who are passionate about working with children and teens. These positions will focus on individual and group therapy for children and teens. We are seeking full-time and part-time professionals in Leesburg, VA with onsite and remote work components.

• Conduct intake assessments and prepare individualized therapy plans with new patients
• Administer screening and diagnostic instruments as appropriate
• Work collaboratively with our chief clinician, dietitians, psychiatrists and other providers to optimize patient near-term and long-term outcomes
• Provide IEP Planning and School Accommodations (elementary, secondary and post-secondary standardized exams such as the SAT and GRE) support
• Conduct tailored psychological therapy
• Work with and educate parents on effective in-home strategies
• Maintain CEUs and other required documentation
• Stay current:
  Keep up with the latest research and best practices in child psychology

• Passion for helping children with a variety of challenges including anxiety, trauma, learning disorders/disabilities, ADHD, ASD, OCD, behavioral challenges, and social difficulties
• Experience providing therapy to children and teens
• Masters degree clinical psychology from an accredited university
