• Design and guide ABA programs that move the needle for kids and families.
• Supervise and mentor your RBT team, supporting their clinical growth and career development.
• Conduct assessments and program reviews that shape each child’s care plan.
• Lead parent training and collaborative family meetings.
• Partner daily with OT, PT, and SLP teammates on integrated care planning across disciplines.

• Base Salary: $78,000 to $100,000.
• Sign‑on and Relocation Bonus: up to $15,000 in bonus pay, 2x PTO, or a mix of both.
• Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000 annually).

Physical Requirements Ability to sit 1 to 2 hours and stand or walk 4 to 6 hours daily. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, with frequent bending, reaching, and precise motor function with both hands.
