This fully remote position involves coaching customers over video, helping them interpret whole genome sequencing results into actionable health insights. The ideal candidate will have a Master's in Genetic Counseling or a PhD, with strong communication skills and a grounding in human genetics.
You will build trust, guide customers through complex genetic information, and create educational resources. Empathy and the ability to simplify science for non-experts are key in this role.
