Loyal Source Government Services is seeking 10 full-time Outpatient Medical Records Technician Coders to provide remote services to the VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System in Cleveland, OH.
Coders will apply ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS and E/M guidelines, query providers, review records, and complete the outpatient coding scope. VA facility experience and a current coding certification are required; target 25 outpatient/prosthetics encounters per day.
