Cura Linc Healthcare is seeking experienced Affiliate Mental Health Coaches to provide virtual, short-term mental health coaching through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Coaching typically consists of 5-10 30-minute sessions, with referrals to higher levels of care when needed.
As an independent contractor, you will support employees and their eligible family members, helping build resilience, coping skills, and personal growth, while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
