Client Monitoring Field Specialist

• Travel daily within the assigned region, with 75% travel
• Complete approximately 10 in-person monitoring visits per day
• Monitor services and ensure program requirements are met
• Enter information into the client database
• Document participant updates, issues, and outcomes
• Complete Elder and Adult Protective forms when needed
• Report participant changes or concerns
• Follow required timelines and procedures

• High school diploma or GED
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Able to travel 75% daily within the assigned region and work from home 25%
• Valid Louisiana driver’s license and auto insurance
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, and Word
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug testing
• At least one year of experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities (preferred)
• Knowledge of healthcare or Medicaid programs (preferred)

Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills while effectively managing multiple tasks and ensuring compliance with program requirements. Proficient in monitoring services and documenting participant updates within healthcare or Medicaid programs.
