** Key Responsibilities**   – Assess, develop, and implement individualized speech therapy programs   – Identify and refer patients to other disciplines for comprehensive care   – Provide training and education to patients and caregivers on speech and language techniques   – Promote patient independence and productivity through speech therapy interventions   – Ensure compliance with industry regulations and professional standards
** Qualifications & Requirements**   – Valid Speech Therapy license in the state(s) of practice   – Master’s degree in Speech Therapy (or equivalent qualifications)   – 5+ years of progressive experience in speech therapy   – Ability to meet credentialing and licensing requirements   – Reliable transportation to travel to patient locations if needed   – Must comply with HIPAA, Compliance & Ethics Program, and regulatory guidelines   – Physical ability to perform job tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking long hours)
