Meridian Counseling is looking for licensed mental health therapists to join our team! Meridian is a new and growing group practice that is dedicated to helping our clients integrate mental health into their everyday health and wellness routines. Our mission is to create a trendy, welcoming and innovative group practice that services the Westside of Los Angeles. Our team encourages experienced candidates to help build our community.

- We guarantee private pay and insurance-based client referrals, providing as many as you would like based on your financial goals.
- Clinicians have the opportunity for bonus pay through our incentive program.
- Your hours and caseload are set by you.
- Licensed therapists with at least 2 years of clinical experience can provide supervision to our unlicensed therapists.
- Clinicians may opt for in‑person sessions at our beautiful offices or work from home.
- Meridian offers monthly consultations with our clinical team and monthly team events (training, workshops, volleyball, hikes, game nights, etc.).
- We handle your billing, credentialing, and marketing, and provide clients and office space. Your job is to see clients and take notes.
- This position provides the autonomy of private practice while remaining connected to a supportive community and receiving consultation when needed.
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Clinical Psychologist, or similar.
- Ability to obtain credentialing on insurance panels.
- Experience with trauma, mood disorders, addiction, families, and couples.
- Comfortable using electronic medical records.
- Training in CBT, DBT, ACT, or EMDR preferred.
- Hourly rate ranges from $65 to $120 based on licensure.
- All providers are compensated for their administrative time.
