Job Summary:In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing scientific and objective medical information to healthcare providers and researchers within the field of Radiology. You will develop and execute clinical education strategies while offering training in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid environments. As a key liaison, you will ensure the safe and effective use of Bayer products by supporting healthcare providers with timely responses to inquiries and adverse event reporting.
Your expertise will also involve understanding regional experts and the healthcare landscape, collaborating with internal partners, and representing the company at scientific conferences. This remote position requires up to 50% travel within the assigned territory.
- Maintain scientific expertise through core training curriculum completion and participation in therapeutic area updates.
- Conduct direct scientific exchanges by presenting to external audiences and providing accurate responses to professional requests for information.
- Engage with Thought Leaders (TLs) through routine contacts, research site identification, and advisory board coordination.
- Identify customer medical needs and challenges while differentiating Bayer products across the Radiology portfolio.
- Assist customers with protocol adaptations to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Foster collaboration between internal stakeholders including R&D, clinical, and commercial teams.
- Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and experience.
- Regularly report on competitive activity within the market.
- Assess account influence levels for input into commercial segmentation.
- Facilitate scientific discussions regarding patient needs and data gaps.
- Strong communication skills for effective presentations and interactions with healthcare professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of Radiology practices and protocols.
- Ability to analyze complex scientific data and convey it clearly to diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in building relationships with key opinion leaders in the medical community.
- PharmD, MD, Ph.D., MBBS, or equivalent degree is required.
