Breathe Suite is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to join our remote care team as 1099 contractors. You'll conduct telehealth evaluations, develop individualized plans, and deliver 1-on-1 virtual sessions for mobility and endurance, primarily serving COPD and chronic lung conditions.
This fully remote role requires an active PT license in a PT Compact state, a DPT, and at least 2 years of clinical experience. The onboarding covers telehealth delivery and EMR navigation to start on day one.
