MySpectrum offers outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults, with a focus on the Autism, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Whole Life Spectrums.

We work with every person on every spectrum and seek skilled therapists throughout Virginia who can provide teletherapy to our diverse clients. If you do not specialize in a single area but bring an out‑of‑the‑box, relationship‑driven approach to virtual care, this may be the fit you are looking for.

We take care of the private‑practice infrastructure for you: credentialing, billing (bi‑weekly payment regardless of collection), a HIPAA‑compliant teletherapy platform integrated with an electronic health record, marketing, and scheduling. A home office in North Chesterfield, VA, is available for in‑person support if needed.

The Teletherapist will deliver therapy through a HIPAA‑compliant platform in standard 45‑60 minute sessions. The average full‑time caseload is approximately 30 client sessions per week. We are flexible with part‑time arrangements (minimum 7 sessions per week) while you build a solid caseload. We also hire part‑time therapists willing to commit to a long‑term partnership.
