PrimaryResponsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care.
- Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families.
- Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions.
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and training.
- Maintain documentation per company policies.
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
- Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey.
- Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills.
- Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records (experience with Valant a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base.
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
