We are looking for licensed LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia. Clinical licenses in multiple states are encouraged to apply.

With MySpectrum, you can work from home with a steady stream of clients. You focus on your clinical work while we handle the rest.

We offer outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults, focusing on the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Whole Life. We are seeking therapists across Virginia to provide teletherapy to our clients. We want skilled, diverse, relationship-driven therapists who can engage clients virtually. Some of the aspects of being in private practice that we will take care of for you include:

• Credentialing with insurance carriers
• Billing (bi-weekly pay)
• Teletherapy platform that integrates with an electronic health record
• Marketing
• Scheduling

The Teletherapist will provide therapy through a HIPAA compliant teletherapy platform in standard 45-60 minute sessions. Full-time therapists will typically have about 30 client sessions per week. We are willing to work part time until you become full-time. We hire part-time Teletherapists who have availability for at least 7 sessions per week.

• Provide therapy virtually in standard 45-60 minute blocks
• Complete assessments
• Complete treatment plans
• Complete progress notes
• Provide input about best strategies, techniques, and services to help as many people as possible

• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia, and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels. Licenses in multiple states encouraged.
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Desire to be part of a growing company and contribute to meeting client needs
• Flexibility and commitment to grow caseload
• Must have high-speed internet access
• Must have HIPAA protected space for sessions
• Comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth
