MySpectrum offers outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults across various spectra including Autism, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Whole Life. We are seeking licensed LCSW, LPC, or LCP therapists in Virginia to provide teletherapy. Clinically licensed in multiple states are encouraged to apply.
We handle credentialing, billing, marketing, scheduling, and provide a HIPAA‑compliant teletherapy platform and electronic health record integration. You can work remotely from home or your office with a consistent HIPAA‑protected space and high‑speed internet.
Job SummaryThe Teletherapist provides therapy via a HIPAA‑compliant platform in 45‑60 minute sessions. Full‑time caseload is approximately 30 client sessions per week; part‑time requires a minimum of 7 sessions per week.
Responsibilities- Provide virtual therapy sessions lasting 45‑60 minutes.
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Advise on strategies, techniques, and services that best serve our clients.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the growth of MySpectrum.
- Licensed LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia; eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Committed to long‑term collaboration and building a caseload.
- High‑speed internet and a dedicated HIPAA‑protected space for sessions.
- Comfortable working remotely and engaging clients via telehealth.
