Position:Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)
Location: Las Vegas and Surrounding Area
Employment: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: $50–$62/hr
Scheduling: Flexible; work from home for non-direct hours

- Mentor RBTs and case managers to grow in the field.
- Oversee assessments, goal setting, and clinical meetings.
- Work with a variety of clients (ages, diagnoses, and funding sources).
- Maintain high‑quality documentation, communication, and care.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Master’s in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
- 2+ years experience supervising clinical staff.
- Strong ABA skills (DTT, verbal behavior, natural environment teaching).
- Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance.
- CPR certification, immunization records, background check upon hire.
- Live Scan reimbursement within 30 days.
- 3 hours paid admin time during onboarding.
- Monthly clinical team meetings.
