Location: Las Vegas and Surrounding Area

Employment: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: $50–$62/hr

Scheduling: Flexible; work from home for non-direct hours

• Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top‑quality ABA services.
• Mentor RBTs and case managers to grow in the field.
• Oversee assessments, goal setting, and clinical meetings.
• Work with a variety of clients (ages, diagnoses, and funding sources).
• Maintain high‑quality documentation, communication, and care.

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• 2+ years experience supervising clinical staff.
• Strong ABA skills (DTT, verbal behavior, natural environment teaching).
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance.
• CPR certification, immunization records, background check upon hire.

• Live Scan reimbursement within 30 days.
• 3 hours paid admin time during onboarding.
• Monthly clinical team meetings.
