While your primary responsibilities will be conducted remotely, you will participate in virtual meetings and consultations to ensure cohesive integration within our treatment teams.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients through video or phone sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused approaches to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to individual patient needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA and relevant regulatory standards, ensuring the highest quality of care.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues during regular case consultations to review treatment approaches, share insights, and improve the quality of care delivered to clients.
• Educate and empower clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, guiding them through treatment options and connecting them with community resources.
• Remain abreast of emerging research and developments within the mental health field, integrating knowledge into daily therapy practices.

You will primarily serve a diverse client population, including individuals seeking assistance for anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, and more. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.
• Experience in applying solution-based psychotherapy interventions, adapting your techniques to address individual client needs effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal skills that promote trust and openness.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems effectively, maintaining a positive and proactive approach to challenging situations.
