Under the guidance of Quality Department leaders, the Quality Regulatory Coordinator manages the quality management/ performance improvement program to achieve organization priority goals and strategic objectives. Ensures all state, federal and commercial payer quality reporting- pay for performance programs comply with reporting requirements and support optimal organization reimbursement. Manages patient safety activities including oversight of the event reporting system. Facilitates the medical staff peer review processes.

In addition, coordinates regulatory compliance and accreditation activities. This position may have cross campus responsibilities as needed and at the direction of the Director or VP of Quality.

The compensation range for the role is $68,796-$85,995 annually.

Garnet Health System provides a compensation range to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits. When determining a team member’s compensation and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity)

Minimum Education:

• Registered Nurse, currently registered in NYS. Bachelors or Masters preferred.

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum of three plus years’ experience in an acute care facility and experience/ participation in performance improvement activities.
• Comfort with all Microsoft office programs including outlook, word, and power point.
• Proficient excel or equivalent program skills including ability to work with large disparate data sets with ease to manipulate data points to inform the organization of progress to goals preferred.
• Midas experience preferred, must be willing to undergo training to utilize Midas, Epic and if directed by quality department leaders, Peak.
