Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Therapist who can integrate clients' interests, such as contemporary media, video games, literature, and geek culture, into the therapeutic process. You'll use this unique approach to build a model based on Affinity, Resonance, and Understanding, helping clients achieve growth and progress in a fun and engaging way. Our therapists enjoy competitive pay (base hourly + profit sharing) and flexibility to manage their own caseload in a supportive, inviting environment.

Desired experience and qualifications include being a licensed mental health professional in Tennessee, experience with children, adolescents, teens, and/or adults, experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or schools, familiarity with therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation, and a sense of humor.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating behavioral health issues, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, completing documentation per company policy, providing excellent customer service to clients and collaborating with the team to address community gaps in care, utilizing creativity in therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals, coordinating services with families, case managers, medical personnel, Ellie staff, and school staff as needed, attending clinical staff meetings and trainings, and additional duties as needed to support our goals of providing quality, accessible therapy that pays therapists well!

We offer clinical supervision for aspiring LCSWs, LPC-MHSPs, and LMFTs. However, supervisor availability may vary.
