Ellie Mental Health is looking for virtual and in-person therapists. We are having so much fun, we have added a location in Manassas! We have in-person, hybrid, and virtual positions available. As an outpatient therapist at Ellie Mental Health Manassas, you will join our mission.

Some necessary requirements include having a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university; having a full VA clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or being a master's-level supervisee or resident working toward licensure, with the ability to practice independently; experienced in completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes; effective in written and verbal communication skills;

able to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents promptly; experience and comfort in working with diverse populations; ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients; experience with children, adolescents, and young adults; proficient in the use of standard office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (experience with Valant a plus); and ability to pass a background check.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
