Turn compassion into a career. Are you a natural caregiver, patient, and passionate about helping others? Join our Autism Residential Program in Southborough, MA where we provide full training and hands-on experience to help you launch a rewarding career working with students with autism.

As a Residential Counselor, you’ll:

  • Work an awake overnight position
  • Closely supervise and continuously monitor the health, safety, and well-being of each student during the overnight hours
  • Teach communication and daily living skills (ADLs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Build positive relationships and celebrate every success
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and clinicians
  • Receive paid training and coaching

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, must be 18 years of age
  • Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors
  • Valid Driver’s License + Personal Vehicle
  • CPR training (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
  • NECC CALM training – Physical and Verbal De-escalation training and Medication Administration training (ability to get MAP Certified)
