We currently operate in Illinois, Maryland, Virginia, Arizona, and Georgia — and we're actively building toward a nationwide footprint.

Our therapists provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth — fully remote, flexible scheduling, with a real interdisciplinary team behind them. When we expand into your state, here's what you can expect:

• Flexible part-time or full-time caseloads
• Competitive per-billable-hour compensation based on license level
• Free clinical supervision for eligible licenses
• CEU reimbursement and ongoing training

• A collaborative team of therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together
• Pathways into clinical leadership as we grow

• Active U.S. state license: LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent independently licensed credential
• Experience with or strong interest in working with children, teens, and families
• Comfortable working independently in a remote telehealth environment
• Committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
• Bilingual — strongly preferred across all markets
