Chasing Your Dreams ABA (CYD) is a local, BCBA-owned and operated ABA provider seeking a BCBA to join our growing team in the Davidson County area.

This is a salaried W-2 position with a minimum productivity expectation averaging 25 billable hours per week.

• $95,000–$105,000 annual salary
• Average of 25 billable hours per week required (97155 and 97156)
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• W-2 employment

• Minimal administrative tasks - There is BCBA that completes assessments and reassessments to reduce paperwork tasks.

• Caseloads geographically clustered whenever possible to reduce unnecessary travel
• Opportunity to have meaningful input into clinical programming and company growth

• $2,500 paid on the first paycheck
• $2,500 paid after 90 days of successful employment

The ideal candidate is a BCBA who values clinical quality, collaboration, flexibility, and autonomy.

• Current BCBA certification
• Current or eligibility for North Carolina LBA licensure
• Experience supervising BTs/RBTs
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families, schools, and other members of the treatment team
• Commitment to ethical, individualized, evidence-based ABA services
