All About Therapy, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist - Pediatric Full Time to deliver high-quality pediatric rehabilitation in a supportive, patient-centered setting.

Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat pediatric patients to help improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. You will work closely with families and an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans that align with each child’s goals.

This onsite full-time role in Farmington, AR is focused on compassionate care, evidence-based practice, and building trusting relationships with children and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pediatric patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and family goals

  • Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions to support motor development, mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities

  • Document treatment progress, clinical observations, and outcomes in accordance with clinic and regulatory requirements

  • Collaborate with caregivers to reinforce home-based exercises and strategies that support progress between visits

  • Communicate regularly with the care team to coordinate services and adjust treatment plans as patient needs evolve

Required Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the applicable state

  • Experience working with pediatric patients, or demonstrated training in pediatric rehabilitation

  • Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to create goal-oriented treatment plans

  • Excellent communication and professionalism when working with children, families, and care team members

  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established clinical and compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with pediatric conditions such as developmental delay, neuromuscular disorders, or orthopedic concerns

  • Comfort providing coaching and education to caregivers to support carryover of therapy goals

  • Experience collaborating within an interdisciplinary team environment

  • A demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
