This position allows for full-time remote work, enabling you to operate from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with colleagues and clients through virtual therapy platforms. You will be integrated into a supportive virtual team environment that encourages open communication, professional growth, and collaboration among dedicated mental health professionals.

• Conduct thorough mental health examinations and client evaluations to assess needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, actively tracking their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy solutions to maintain accessibility for individuals who may face geographical or mobility challenges.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans meticulously to uphold ethical standards and comply with organizational policies.
• Participate in regular staff meetings, group supervision, and one-on-one sessions with your clinical supervisor to foster continuous development and peer support.

At Willow Springs, you will work primarily with individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and we have a particular focus on those from marginalised groups, including communities of color and the LGBTQIA+ population. Your experience and skills will directly contribute to helping these clients navigate their personal hardships and seeking a path towards healing and stability.

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• A current and valid state-issued LMFT license is a prerequisite.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-time clinical counseling experience is essential.
• Experience working with couples, children, teens, or families is preferred, with an emphasis on understanding culturally diverse backgrounds.

• Experience providing therapy to clients from various demographic backgrounds, especially those from communities of color and LGBTQIA+ individuals.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling best practices.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a sign-on bonus upon successful hiring.
