Your Role:

You will identify problems as they occur and provide action plans for highly complex problems and incidents for the modality of CTYou will provide product support either remotely or on-site (Internationally at times
- Canada and Latin America You will dispatch notifications to CSE's with quality action plan

You will share expert advice, training, and technical assistance to support staff and train lower-level employees.

You will drive individual KPIs to meet the needs of the customer/business.

You will Proactively provide updates on assigned tasks as planned. Independently identify issues or problems, perform research, and develop corrective action and present to TST 4 and/or management.

Your Expertise:

Associates Degree or 2 years of vocational technical training required.

More than 5 years’ experience working on Siemens CT systems and ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge in the product line of CT Proficient skills in typing and Outlook, Excel, Word, and other job critical applications

Good communication skillsSAP knowledge preferred

Valid passport is required

High proficiency in English;
Bilingual preferred to include Portuguese or Spanish Ability to work First Shift Options:

Thursday
- Sunday 11:30 - 22:00 ETFriday
- Monday 09:00 - 19:30 ETBoth shifts are 4x10 hours shift

The base pay range for this position is:$75,660 - $104,027

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
