Hybrid BCBA Position in Virginia - Primarily Telehealth

Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our trusted ABA partner's growing clinical team in Virginia - state-wide. This position is perfect for a BCBA who enjoys direct clinical work, mentoring RBTs, and supporting families, but prefers not to carry the full administrative responsibilities of a primary caseload. Our partner's clinical structure allows BCBAs to focus on supervision, parent support, and treatment quality while primary BCBAs oversee case management and treatment planning.

  Total annual compensation ranges from $90,000-$110,000, based on billable hours, experience, and including bonuses

  Full-Time, Mon-Fri
• Setting:
  In-home & Telehealth;
  Primarily Telehealth (if preferred)
• 97151/Assessment services must be rendered in-person by the BCBA.
• Caseload/Billable Requirement: 25 hours/week minimum requirement.
• Locations:
  Virginia Beach and Northern Virginia

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention programs based on ABA principles.
• Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations to ensure progress toward goals.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct-care staff, as assigned.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to promote consistency across environments.
• Conduct caregiver training and provide ongoing guidance to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including treatment notes, progress reports, and assessment summaries.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and clinical consultations with the Clinical BCBA.
• Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code, Virginia regulations, and organizational policies.

• Active BCBA certification required
• Active Virginia LBA required
• Experience supervising RBTs in home-based ABA settings
• Strong clinical decision-making and coaching skills

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
• BCBA License 5 years of experience working with children with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorders, or communication disorders
• Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of treatment plans
