Community Licensed Mental Health Therapist

ACE Wellness Center is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychotherapist to join our team. The Clinical Psychotherapist provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy to a small caseload of young adults in Northeast Ohio.

ACE Wellness Center is a mental health agency that provides psychotherapy services for children, youth, and adults. Many of the individuals we serve struggle with anxiety, depression, attention difficulties, and learning challenges that interfere with their ability to live independently.

We utilize a collaborative treatment team approach, providing support in areas such as academics, executive functioning, life skills, wellness, and therapeutic development.

We are committed to providing exceptional therapeutic services. To support this commitment, our clinicians participate in:

• Regular supervision and case conferences
• Ongoing professional training
• Bimonthly group psychotherapy consultation
• Psychoanalytic case consultation

Recent trainings have included:

• Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT)
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Transference-Focused Psychotherapy (TFP)

Our program also incorporates an experiential therapy model, placing clinical work within the context of structured activities.

• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy
• Conduct diagnostic intakes upon admission and complete discharge summaries upon program completion
• Maintain clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans

• Active Ohio licensure (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or equivalent)
• Experience working with clients exposed to trauma, PTSD, and a variety of mental health conditions
• Experience documenting clinical and progress notes in an electronic health record (EHR) system
  
  Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinical Director

$30.00 – $40.00 per hour
