Maryland Virginia Licensed Mental Health Teletherapist; LCSW or LPC)

Teletherapist (Child, Family, Adult) – Full‑time, Part‑time (minimum 7 sessions per week)

We are hiring licensed social workers in Virginia (and Maryland) to deliver teletherapy services through a HIPAA‑compliant platform. The role allows you to work from home, maintain a steady client base, and focus solely on clinical work while we handle credentialing, billing, marketing, and scheduling.

• Provide 45–60 minute teletherapy sessions via a HIPAA‑compliant platform.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and complete progress notes.
• Provide input on best therapeutic strategies and services to enhance client outcomes.
• Participate actively in the MySpectrum team and contribute to service improvement.

• Licensed LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia (and preferably other states).
• Eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Committed to the growth of the practice and willing to contribute to team input.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a HIPAA‑compliant private space for sessions.
• Comfort with remote work and telehealth delivery.
