Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to gain an understanding of their mental health concerns, leading to effective, individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide one-on-one counseling sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address the specific needs and objectives of each client.
  • Collaborate with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals, monitoring their progress with regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment plans as required.
  • Facilitate teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who prefer virtual consultations, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops and training sessions, to stay informed on the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A valid and current state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust and rapport with clients, enabling effective therapeutic relationships.
  • Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to client interactions, fostering an environment conducive to healing and growth.
