The Consultant of Payment Model Operations will support the day to day operational efforts for payment model implementation contracts, including participant onboarding, participant management and communications, help desk operations, and monitoring and compliance activities.

Working collaboratively with senior leaders and cross functional teams across the organization, the Consultant will deliver exceptional client service, produce high quality, timely deliverables, and drive innovation across the market.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

• Engage, develop, and sustain client relationships through policy consultation, strategic guidance, and thought leadership
• Support end-to-end operational functions for value-based care initiatives, including participant onboarding, stakeholder communications, help desk support, monitoring, and compliance oversight, to ensure efficient implementation and sustained program performance
• Ensure consistently high standards of accuracy, quality control, and attention to detail across all deliverables
• Collaborate effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary project team
• Support business development and growth activities, including capture and proposal response
