Ophelia, a healthcare startup, is seeking a Patient Support Specialist Care Coordinator to join our telehealth team. You will work directly with patients to remove barriers to care throughout the lifecycle, following the Ophelia Care Model.
This role requires a consistent Sunday-Thursday schedule (Sun 8:30-4:30 ET, Mon-Thu 10:30-6:30 ET). You will handle prescription issues, prior authorizations, pharmacy advocacy, and coordinate with clinicians and care partners to keep patients in care.
