BCBA & BCBA Trainee Opportunities
Heart & Home ABA is recruiting both experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts and future BCBAs who are completing their training. If you are already certified, we offer flexibility, clinical support, active client demand, and room to grow. If you are working toward certification, we want to help you build the supervised fieldwork experience you need without charging you for supervision.

Join Us as a BCBALead meaningful clinical work while maintaining flexibility. Appropriate treatment planning, documentation, supervision, caregiver collaboration, and other responsibilities may be completed remotely when clinically appropriate, while client needs determine when in-person care is necessary.
What You’ll Do- Complete and oversee clinical assessments and individualized treatment planning.
- Develop evidence-based ABA programming and update plans as clinically indicated.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to RBTs and developing clinicians.
- Review data, monitor progress, and make treatment decisions based on client outcomes.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, and other providers as appropriate.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and high standards of care.
- Eligible to practice and provide ABA services in Indiana.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, family-centered, ethical care.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a growing clinical team.
One of the hardest parts of becoming a BCBA can be finding quality supervised fieldwork and meaningful opportunities to develop BCBA-level skills. Heart & Home wants to invest in future BCBAs by providing qualified trainees with supervision and mentorship as part of their work with us.
BCBA Trainee Development Pathway- BCBA fieldwork supervision at no cost to you — no separate supervision fee.
- A structured pathway designed to help you work toward BACB-qualifying supervised fieldwork.
- Individual supervision, mentorship, client observation, and ongoing clinical feedback.
- Opportunities for unrestricted activities such as assessment, data analysis, treatment planning, program development, caregiver training, staff training, and clinical documentation.
- Guidance with fieldwork documentation and supervision requirements.
- Remote supervision activities when permitted and clinically appropriate, with in-person fieldwork available as client needs and requirements call for it.
- A potential long-term pathway into a BCBA role with Heart & Home after certification.
We’re building BCBAs — not selling supervision hours.
We do not charge qualified Heart & Home trainees a separate fee for the fieldwork supervision we provide, and we do not require you to repay supervision costs simply because you received them.
Our goal is a long-term relationship. We hope that after we invest in your development and you earn your BCBA, you will want to continue building your career with Heart & Home. We would rather earn that commitment by being a place you want to stay than rely on a contract designed to trap you.
