Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Therapist to join our Southeast Counseling Center Adult Team, where you will make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults receiving outpatient mental health services. We welcome Master's-level clinicians with a Candidate Permit (SWC/LSW, LPCC, or MFT-C), fully licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT), and unlicensed or licensed psychologists who are passionate about community mental health.

In this role, you will provide individual outpatient therapy to adults ages 18+ in both in-person and telehealth settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of experienced clinicians and a dedicated case manager who helps address clients' broader support needs. We offer flexible work arrangements with the option of a traditional 5-day, 8-hour schedule (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) or a 4-day, 10-hour workweek. This position follows a hybrid schedule, combining in-office and remote work. Team members are expected to work in the office two days per week and remotely three days per week, with schedules adjusted as needed to meet client and community needs.

Thursdays are required in-office days to support team meetings and collaboration. Due to space limitations at the Hampden building, remote work is required on Tuesdays and Fridays, making the second in-office day either Monday or Wednesday.

• Unlicensed Therapist: $60,673 - $65,527 per year.
• Licensed Therapist: $67,529 - $92,515 per year.
• Unlicensed Psychologist: $70,010 - $77,010 per year.
• Licensed Psychologist: $99,494 - $127,352 per year.

Employees who successfully pass a language assessment are eligible to receive bilingual differential pay. This differential is provided as a fixed amount of $6,000 per calendar year, paid on a bi‑weekly basis across 26 pay periods, and prorated based on hire date and full‑time equivalency (FTE). Eligibility and payment are subject to the language requirements of the position and the employee's demonstrated proficiency in the language.

• Facilitate recovery and optimal quality of life in clients with behavioral health concerns by providing clinical services, case management, and education. In collaboration with the client, create and carry out a consistent plan of treatment, from intake and assessment to closure.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, individual, family, and/or group therapy with assigned clients.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans; update at required intervals.
• Consult with internal and external professionals and collaterals to ensure access to needed services and proactive coordination of care.
• Provide clinical case-management services as needed. Provide crisis intervention as appropriate.
• Provide comprehensive clinical services designed to decrease symptoms and improve quality of life.
• Assist clients in evaluating strengths and symptoms, and set their own goals.
