- 26733 [Nursing Assistant / Health Aide] As a Patient Care Customer Service Coordinator at Rotech Healthcare Inc., you'll:

Process patient orders through Online Pharmacy system;
Resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipping orders for patients;
Troubleshoot problems based on patient input regarding the scope and/or magnitude of failure;
Verify orders are complete.
