Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to verify patient insurance coverage and obtain authorizations for services;
Input and maintain accurate patient information in electronic medical records system;
Review and process claims for payment and ensure timely submission to insurance companies;
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective patient care;
Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding patient inquiries and concerns;
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations;
