Manage and oversee all patient access activities including scheduling, registration, and insurance verification;
Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient information and documentation;
Conduct insurance eligibility and benefits verification;
Collaborate with insurance providers to resolve coverage and payment issues;
Communicate with patients to provide assistance and answer questions regarding appointments, insurance coverage, and financial responsibilities;
Monitor and track patient flow and wait times to ensure efficient and timely access to healthcare services;
Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule as needed;
