This is a key leadership role that helps keep the office running smoothly - supporting our clinicians, staff, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every patient and family who walks through our doors.
Here’sWhat You'll Be Doing:
People First:
- Hiring, training, and mentoring staff
- Foster a supportive environment through regular check-ins, team meetings, and performance conversations with both staff and clinicians
- Ensure staffing and scheduling are thoughtfully planned to support smooth daily operations and patient flow
- Keep all required trainings on track and completed in a timely manner
- Ensuring patients are scheduled smoothly and registered correctly
- Helping patients feel seen, heard, and well taken care of-even when they have questions or concerns
- Making sure patient records are accurate and up to date
- Managing the day-to-day details like cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance
- Keeping us compliant with healthcare regulations and best practices
- Managing inventory and liaising with vendors
- Overseeing billing, coding, and banking processes
- Keeping an eye on spending and helping the practice stay financially healthy
- Making sure billing and claims are handled quickly and accurately
- Making sure policies and procedures are up-to-date and followed
- Acting as the go-between with our Home Office (Corporate Office)
- Helping maintain a respectful, collaborative, and supportive work culture
- Have a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience (or an equivalent combo of education and experience)
- Are experienced in managing teams and understand HR best practices
- Know your way around medical billing, coding, and terminology
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator
- Are comfortable navigating healthcare laws, ethics, and compliance
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Work Environment:
This role is based in a medical office setting. You'll be on your feet, interacting with staff and patients, and occasionally assisting with little ones. It's a dynamic, hands-on role that truly makes a difference.
$75,000-$80,000 (salary) The compensation range listed represents Allied Physicians Group's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of posting. The specific compensation offered will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
