About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. As a BCBA with Lumino ABA, you'll have the opportunity to work in school and home settings, collaborate with a strong clinical team, and participate in assessments, diagnostics, and leadership roles. Our flexible schedule and hourly pay offer make this role ideal for BCBAs looking for meaningful work without burnout.

• Hourly pay of $80-100 per hour

• Option to participate in assessments and diagnostics

• Admin, RBT support, and scheduling help

• Cases across Tampa private schools and nearby homes

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and preference assessments

• Develop and maintain individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Provide BCBA supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and clinical documentation

• Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development

• Optional:
  Participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS)

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)

• Active Medicaid license (required)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA preferred (newly certified BCBAs welcome)

• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards

• Effective communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently as a BCBA while being team-oriented

• Reliable transportation to school and home-based client locations

• Passion for providing high-quality care to children and families
