Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff. Oversee the management and operation of all pharmacy activities, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance. Implement patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy. Display empathy and compassion to patients, caregivers, and the team, fostering a caring environment. Motivate and develop support staff by balancing assignments and addressing development needs.
Identify business opportunities and contribute to solutions to enhance pharmacy performance and growth. Adapt to changes and contribute to a team culture promoting energy, enthusiasm, and pride. Shift hours:
Mon-Fri 9am-9pm, Sat 9am-6pm, Sun 10am-6pm Onsite as needed Remote work not specified; in-person responsibilities expected Compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols
- Active Pharmacy License in Mississippi
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- High School Diploma or GED verified
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
