Associate or Fully Licensed - Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LP). We seek passionate mental health professionals committed to advancing therapeutic practices and improving lives.

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPA, or Licensed Psychologist) to join our clinical team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing individual therapy as part of a treatment team, developing comprehensive treatment plans, conducting mental health assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining case documentation, offering various styles of therapy and counseling, and working closely with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals through evidence-based practices.

We offer a wide range of clinical services covering dozens of issue areas and diagnoses, and we offer training and supervision to clinical staff in multiple therapies including CBT, DBT, MBCT, MBSR, ACT, EMDR, CPT, Prolonged Exposure, Mindfulness, and more. All of our practice management software is cloud based and easily accessible 24/7 from a phone, tablet, or computer. We base our therapy plans around insightful diagnostics and testing, client-centered trauma-informed therapies, and creative problem solving to deliver the best results to the client.

• W-2 Salary Employee - we offer both full time and part time positions (at least 25 hours per week) with full salary, benefits, and paid time off.
