Role Description This full-time Psychotherapist role is a hybrid position based in Waukesha, WI, with a combination of in-office sessions and some work-from-home flexibility. The Psychotherapist will provide individual, couples, and family therapy, conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions for a range of mental health concerns. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, coordinating care with other providers as needed, and upholding ethical and legal standards of practice.

The role also involves participating in case consultation, engaging in ongoing professional development, and contributing to a supportive, inclusive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of clinical presentations.
• Clinical skills in Counseling and Relationship Counseling to support individuals, couples, and families through life challenges.
• Working knowledge of Medicine as it relates to psychopharmacology, integrated care, and collaboration with medical providers.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active state licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) or license-eligible status in Wisconsin.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, solution-focused therapy) is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and LGBTQ+ affirming care.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage a full-time caseload in a hybrid environment.
