Clinical Data Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinical Data Manager to join their clinical operations team in East London . This hybrid role is essential for overseeing the collection, management, and quality of clinical trial data, ensuring its accuracy and integrity for regulatory submissions. You will work closely with clinical research teams, biostatisticians, and programmers to design databases, develop data management plans, and ensure data consistency across studies.

The hybrid model offers a blend of remote work flexibility and essential in-office collaboration.

• Design, develop, and manage clinical databases using EDC (Electronic Data Capture) systems.
• Develop and maintain Data Management Plans (DMPs) for clinical trials.
• Oversee data entry, cleaning, validation, and query resolution processes.
• Ensure data quality and integrity in accordance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines (e.g., GCP, CDISC).
• Collaborate with statistical programming teams for data analysis and reporting.
• Participate in study team meetings and provide updates on data management activities.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific, statistical, or health-related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
• Proficiency with EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm) and data cleaning tools.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for hybrid team collaboration.
