We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Orlando-based team. This role offers flexible hours, a supportive environment, and hourly pay that can fit your schedule. You'll work in school and home settings, collaborate with a strong clinical team, and have opportunities to grow into diagnostic and leadership roles. Responsibilities:- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and preference assessments
- Develop and maintain individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide BCBA supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely session notes and clinical documentation
- Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development
- Optional:
Participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS)
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- Active Medicaid license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA preferred (newly certified BCBAs welcome)
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) while being team-oriented
- Reliable transportation to school and home-based client locations
- Passion for providing high-quality care to children and families
