Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Locations: DuPont, Snohomish, Kitsap County, Bremerton, Spokane, Vancouver and surrounding Washington communities

Service Settings: Home-Based and Clinic-Based

Employment: Full-Time

Compensation: Approximately $50–$80 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Flexible scheduling with preferred availability around 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

Magnolia Behavior Therapy is seeking compassionate, collaborative and clinically driven Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join its growing Washington team.

For more than a decade, Magnolia has supported children affected by autism and their families through individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy. Its clinical teams work across home and center-based environments, creating treatment programs that reflect each child’s strengths, needs and family priorities.

Both experienced BCBAs and emerging clinicians seeking strong mentorship and professional development are encouraged to explore the opportunity.

• Conduct intake assessments, behavioral assessments and ongoing reassessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans, behavior-support plans and skill-acquisition programs
• Analyze clinical data and update programming according to client progress
• Supervise, train and mentor CBTs, RBTs, LABAs and other clinical team members
• Provide ongoing caregiver education, coaching and support
• Coordinate treatment with families, schools, physicians and other professionals
• Monitor clinical quality, treatment integrity and documentation compliance
• Prepare progress reports and clinical materials required for continued authorization
• Facilitate consistent communication among caregivers, technicians and clinical leadership
• Promote ethical, person-centered and culturally responsive ABA practices
• Provide services within home-based or clinic-based environments according to the assigned program

• Active BCBA certification in good standing, or an applicable BCaBA/LABA credential for designated opportunities
• Washington behavior-analyst license or eligibility to obtain the required state credential
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or a related discipline for BCBA-level positions
• Pediatric ABA experience
• Knowledge of functional assessment, treatment planning, skill acquisition and behavior-reduction procedures
• Strong leadership, supervision and clinical decision-making abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary professionals
• Successful completion of all required background and credentialing checks
• Availability consistent with client and program needs

• Experience supervising RBTs or Washington CBTs
• Experience supporting LABAs and BCBA candidates
• Home-based or center-based clinical experience
• Parent and caregiver-training expertise
• Experience using Central Reach or similar ABA clinical systems
• Strong assessment, report-writing and insurance-authorization experience
• Availability during afternoon and early-evening service hours
