Shields Health Solutions seeks a Patient Outreach Specialist Pharmacy Technician for a remote role in the Eastern Time Zone. The position involves outbound calls to enroll patients in Shields Partner Pharmacy and educating them about the specialty program.
Candidates must be nationally certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB/NHA/ExCPT) with 1 year of experience, and must be able to work 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:30 PM ET. Training toward certification is provided.
