Assess client needs, create individualized ABA treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapy, and collaborate with families and team members. Support care documentation, train caregivers, supervise staff, and participate in ongoing professional growth. Caseload manageable and tailored to each clinician’s skill and preference.

• Conduct VB-MAPP and Vineland-3 assessments.
• Develop, track, and revise ABA-based treatment plans.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and team members.
• Review and write session notes for parent training and direct services.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals.
• Stay current with ABA best practices through ongoing learning.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Proficient in behavioral therapy, data analysis, and clinical documentation.
• Understanding of special education protocols and HIPAA requirements.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator.
• Knowledge of VB-MAPP and Vineland-3 is required.
