Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)
Role Overview:
Lead clinical assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, provide mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors, and deliver parent training. Maintain 30 billable hours weekly, collaborate within a team to ensure clinical consistency, and contribute to training and quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications:
Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field, active BCBA certification, experience with autism and developmental needs, proficiency with technology, and background check clearance. Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Focus on delivering high-quality clinical care, supervising staff, and supporting client progress in a center-based ABA setting with some remote work.
Compensation & Perks:
- Annual base salary of $85-100K
