Join a mission-driven team as a Licensed or In-Training Therapist specializing in Family Centered Treatment (FCT). Responsibilities include providing trauma-informed, home-based clinical treatment to small caseloads of families, supporting reunification and stability.
- Learn and apply the FCT model, completing Level 1 Certification within 12 months with team support.
- Deliver weekly individual and group supervision, participate in peer review, and collaborate with families, schools, and community partners.
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records and manage flexible schedules, including some evening hours.
- Engage in a rotating caregiver coaching support system, including weekend coverage.
