Licensed Behavioral Health Provider (Hybrid) - Nationwide

The Judge Group is expanding its behavioral health provider network and is actively seeking licensed behavioral health professionals nationwide to provide confidential, short-term counseling services to active-duty service members, National Guard and Reserve members, and eligible military family members.

This is a hybrid opportunity offering both virtual and in-person counseling services. Providers must have access to a professional office location where they can conduct confidential in-person counseling sessions with clients as needed.

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC, LCPC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

Providers deliver short-term, solution-focused, non-medical counseling services designed to help military service members and their families address common life challenges and transitions.

• Coping skills and interpersonal development

This program focuses on short-term, non-medical counseling and is not intended for treatment of severe mental health disorders or long-term behavioral health treatment.

• Provide confidential counseling services to eligible participants
• Offer both virtual and in-person sessions based on participant needs and program requirements
• Maintain timely appointment availability, generally within three business days of referral
• Deliver professional, solution-focused counseling interventions
• Complete required documentation and case activity reports accurately and on time
• Maintain compliance with all program, state, federal, and professional standards
• Coordinate scheduling and communication with referred participants

• Active, unrestricted professional license in the state where services are rendered
• U.S. Citizenship required
• English fluency required
• Ability to successfully complete credentialing requirements
• Ability to pass required background screening and fingerprinting processes
  
  Maintain professional liability insurance as required
• Access to a private, professional counseling office for in-person sessions
• Ability to provide secure and confidential virtual counseling services
• Commitment to maintaining all program compliance standards

This position offers the flexibility of providing counseling remotely; however, providers must maintain access to a professional office or clinical setting where in-person counseling sessions can be conducted when requested. Candidates who can provide only virtual services without office availability are not eligible for this opportunity.
