We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Kansas, serving the Kansas City Metro areas. This full-time position offers a manageable caseload of 7–10 clients, giving you the time and space to deliver high-quality, individualized ABA services without the burnout that comes with oversized caseloads. Flexible hybrid and telehealth options allow you to balance in‑person sessions with remote treatment planning, supervision, and family support.

• Carry a manageable caseload of 7–10 clients, with dedicated time for assessments, programming, and supervision
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in ABA principles
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track progress and guide clinical decision‑making
• Provide direct behavioral services in person and via telehealth to children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff through in‑person and remote coaching
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, client‑centered care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Central Reach in compliance with HIPAA requirements
• Participate in client intake and onboarding to ensure a thorough understanding of each individual's needs

• Current BCBA certification required
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Kansas or Missouri, or ability to obtain
• Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities
• Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and evidence‑based behavioral interventions
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and treatment plan modification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to ethical practice and HIPAA compliance
